Coteau’s Table Features North American Entrées
Coteau’s Table is an evening event that features a unique menu exploring flavorful cuisine from other parts of North America. Dine under the prairie sky with us. Come to one, or come to all!
Saturday, March 21 – New Orleans — CANCELED
Dinner: Crawfish Etouffée – Classically prepared Étouffée with Louisiana crawfish simmered in a rich Cajun sauce served with rice and French bread.
Dessert: Beignets – French Quarter-style donut topped with powdered sugar and served with raspberry sauce
Saturday, March 28 – Puerto Rico
Dinner: Arroz con Gandules y Pernil – A celebration of Puerto Rico’s national dish. Rice with pigeon peas seasoned with pork belly and homemade sofrito served alongside slow-roasted pork shoulder.
Dessert: Flan de queso, caramel topped flan
Saturday, April 4: North Atlantic Coast
Dinner: Seafood Boil – An assortment of shellfish such as lobster, shrimp, mussels, and crab with kelbasa sausage, corn, and red potatoes all steamed together in a special mixture of seasonings.
Dessert: Warm wild blueberry cobbler topped with SDSU ice cream

High Tea Tuesday is Back
High Tea Tuesday is back starting Tuesday, March 3. Stop by the cafe for an afternoon pick-me-up featuring Persian Tea with your choice of sweet or savory snack served from 2-3:30 pm. Tea time is come and go, and fancy hats are encouraged but not required! Find additional High Tea Tuesdays on our website calendar.
Pasta Buffet
Enjoy an all-you-can-eat pasta buffet every Thursday featuring two types of pasta, salad, and soup from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The pasta buffet takes place seasonally and is scheduled to run through Thursday, April 30. Check it out on our calendar.
