Fit 4 Life

145

Ready, Set, Go!

This fitness gym is kid-powered. Explore the energy and potential of the human body through a variety of fitness challenges. Test your balance, arm strength, vertical leap, and heart rate.

Along with health and fitness, kids learn about being persistent in order to achieve a goal, about exploring their own different abilities and measuring them in different ways, and about powering simple machines to create energy!

The activities in KidStreet's Fit 4 Life strengthen different muscles and physical skills and encourage social learning as children work together to achieve goals, for example:

  • Use a bicycle, racing wheelchair or hand crank to power the lights and moveable gears of the entrance sign. The lights and gears only light up if all three riders work together.
  • Race solo and beat your own record
  • Take the fitness challenge at the Wii Fit™ station
