Cancellation Policy

Registration

• Museum members receive a 20% discount on museum camps and classes.
• Class registration is available online or at the museum Welcome Center. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Admission to the Museum is not required in order to attend a paid program.
• Children must be within the intended age range to register for a paid program. See program description for intended age.
• With the wide range of known food allergies, the museum cannot guarantee that any class is allergen free. Please contact the museum in advance if food allergies are a concern for your family.

• Our museum accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, museum gift card, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we aim to be fair, we must also maintain a clear cancellation policy. Please review our terms:

1. Cancellation by Parents/Guardians:

   • More than 7 days before the start of the program: You may transfer your child’s enrollment to an equivalent program within the same calendar year, subject to availability. Or, you may choose to cancel your child’s enrollment and receive a 50% refund of the program registration fee.
   • 7 days or fewer before the start of the program: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your child’s enrollment to an equivalent program within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

2. No Shows/Failure to Notify:

   • If your child does not attend and we are not notified in advance (before the start of the program), no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.

3. Cancellation by the Children’s Museum:

   • If the program is canceled by us due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program at no additional cost.

Late Pick-Up Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If pick-up is more than 5 minutes late, a $5 late fee per child will apply. After 10 minutes, an additional $5 fee will be added, followed by a $2 per minute charge beyond that. To help keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that late fees be paid at the time of pick-up. We appreciate your cooperation!
