Thursday, June 13: German Pearl Barley and Sausage served with Stone Ground Mustard Aioli and a side of Red Coleslaw
Thursday, June 20: Swedish Skagen Salad with Shrimp, Dill-Saffron-Lemon Aioli, and Peas on Wheat Bread with a side of Seasonal Greens and Radish Salad
Thursday, June 27: Swiss Rösti and Salmon served with Frankfort-style Herb Sauce and a side of Israeli Cucumber, Mango, and Red Onion Salad
Thursday, July 11: Persian Beef and Split Pea Stew served with Steamed Rice and Fried Potatoes and a side of Persian Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
Thursday, July 18: Persian Pistachio and Pomegranate Meatballs served with Steamed Rice and a side of Caspian Cucumber and Apple Salad
Thursday, July 25: Russian Beef Stroganoff served with Roasted Potatoes and a side of Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
