Coteau’s Table is available for curbside pickup!
On the menu is Crawfish Étouffée. Enjoy classically prepared Étouffée with Louisiana crawfish simmered in a rich Cajun sauce served with rice and bread.
Dessert is a beignet, a French Quarter-style donut topped with powdered sugar and served with raspberry sauce.
The cost is $16 per serving. Orders must be reserved in advance and pre-paid. Please order a meal by contacting Pouran at 605-692-6700, ext. 223, or email pborchardt@prairieplay.org by Wednesday, April 8, at noon. Meals will be ready for curbside pickup on Thursday, April 9, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
