Join us for a special event in the Maker Studio. We are going to help the Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum of Natural History in Sioux Falls make paper maché balls for their Animal Enrichment Day. This project will continue each day March 8-11.
When the project is complete, you can stop by the Zoo’s Animal Enrichment Day, set for Saturday, March 26. The special event allows the public to discover one of the many ways that the Zoo’s Animal Care Staff work to provide quality care for the animals. Zoo guests will have the opportunity to hear about enrichment from Zoo’s Animal Care Staff as well as a chance to see the animals at play.
Stop by the Maker Studio to learn about some of the Zoo’s animals and to create some special items for them.
