Community Room Rental

The Community Room is a spacious, flexible rental option located on the second floor of the Museum and overlooking our Café Coteau atrium.

This room offers a comfortable setting with built-in technology to support a variety of gatherings.Community Room rental space.

  • Workshops and trainings
  • Large group gatherings

Room Capacity and Features:

  • Accommodates up to 100 guests (dependent on table and chair setup)
  • Integrated audio conferencing
  • Projector and screen with laptop interface
  • Access to an adjacent balcony
  • Flexible table setups (round or rectangle tables)

Availability and Pricing: 

  • Available Tuesday – Saturday from 8:30 am 5 pm
  • $50 per hour (2-hour minimum) or $250 per day

Looking to host your event on a different day or time than what’s listed?  Reach out, and we’ll review availability (which may come with an additional charge).

Food and Beverage:

Catering is available through Café Coteau.
