DESCRIPTION:Join us for a low-sensory playtime that offers a calm\, less crowded opportunity for exploration in our Museum’s exhibits. We invite all families with children experiencing disabilities to this private playtime. Regular admission rates apply. \nThis event includes the following adaptations: \n\nLess crowded environment\nDesignated quiet rooms\nAdaptive equipment\nAdaptive art tools\nService animals welcome\nCafé space available if families bring a packed meal\n\nIf your child needs specific accommodations to attend\, participate\, or engage in play at our museum\, please contact Director of Education Carrie Benson at 605-692-6700\, ext. 236. \nTo be reminded of upcoming Sensory Friendly Play events\, register for our SFP email list.
