Thursday, June 27: Swiss Rösti and Salmon served with Frankfort-style Herb Sauce and a side of Israeli Cucumber, Mango, and Red Onion Salad
Thursday, July 11: Persian Beef and Split Pea Stew served with Steamed Rice and Fried Potatoes and a side of Persian Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
