DESCRIPTION:The Children’s Museum of South Dakota will be closed Monday\, March 16 – Monday\, March 23\, related to the emergence of COVID-19 (coronavirus). If you had reservations\, you will be contacted with further information. \n\nJoin us for Cafe Coteau’s special event series\, Coteau’s Table! \nAt Coteau’s Table\, everyone is invited to explore flavorful cuisine from other parts of North America. Each event features a new menu. Come to one\, or come to all! \nSaturday\, March 21 – New Orleans \nDinner: Crawfish Étouffée – Classically prepared Étouffée with Louisiana crawfish simmered in a rich Cajun sauce served with rice and French bread.\nDessert: Beignets – French Quarter-style donut topped with powdered sugar and served with raspberry sauce. \nSaturday\, March 28 –  Puerto Rico \nDinner: Arroz con Gandules y Pernil – A celebration of Puerto Rico’s national dish. Rice with pigeon peas seasoned with pork belly and homemade sofrito served alongside slow-roasted pork shoulder.\nDessert: Flan de queso\, caramel topped flan \nSaturday\, April 4: North Atlantic Coast \nDinner: Seafood Boil – An assortment of shellfish such as lobster\, shrimp\, mussels\, and crab with kielbasa sausage\, corn\, and red potatoes all steamed together in a special mixture of seasonings.\nDessert: Warm wild blueberry cobbler topped with SDSU ice cream \nReservations are required by calling (605) 692-6700\, ext. 1.
