The 10th annual Brookings Kite and Bike Festival brings kite and bike enthusiasts together with sky and ground for one big, four-hour extravaganza. It is official. Mama T. rex and her precious baby boy came out of hibernation today, and Mama is proud to announce that she has chosen Max as the name for her rambunctious son. Optimist Clubs are dedicated to "Bringing Out the Best in Kids" and do their part through community service programs.
